Further the clause states that this clause prohibits him from working anywhere in Scotland as a whole. Sidney has been offered a huge increase in his salary and has now decided to go and work in a competitor's restaurant located in the next street to 'The Roache Restaurant'. Advise the owners of 'The Roache Restaurant' on whether they will be able to enforce this clause against Sidney Sausage.
