Study the paragraph below and answer the question that follows

Evaluation is the process of examining the Training & Development system and content to ensure

that they are fair, reliable and valid. It attempts to measure the overall cost benefits of the

programme and not just the outcome. Evaluation does not limit itself to the outcome but as to

whether the Training & Development programme was well structured, had adequate resources

$($inputs$)$ and was well executed.
