growth and competitive pressure. Despite its success, the company faces challenges related to its organisational culture, which has

become a barrier to effective change and innovation. The existing culture, characterised by rigid hierarchical structures and

resistance to new ideas, hinders employee engagement and adaptability in a rapidly evolving market.

In response to these challenges, CE's board of directors has engaged an organisational researcher to conduct a qualitative study

focused on identifying the most effective strategies for transforming the organisational culture at Croesus Enterprises. The study

seeks to understand the underlying cultural dynamics, employee perceptions, and organisational practices that contribute to the

current cultural climate. The findings will offer practical recommendations for leadership and management to implement effective
