Select a project that you are familiar with and analyse the project life cycle of the project. Provide an appropriate diagram to demonstrate a better understanding of each phase.

QUESTION 4 [20 Marks] Kloppenborg et al. (2018:220) defines a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as a concept of hierarchical decomposition for transforming the project scope into deliverable work elements at the highest level. Use a project and design a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project in organogram format up to four (4) levels. Ensure that a detailed discussion is provided of each deliverable.

It considers the wider aspects of quality by integrating quality management components into a quality management system. TQM is a systems approach to quality management that focuses on the system and not any particular components of the system. Identify a project that you are familiar with and appraise the core values of TQM in the project.

Refer to a project that you are familiar with and appraise the key considerations in choosing a project management methodology.
