1. In a valid binding contract, all parties must be competent to enter a contract. This principle regarding the capacity of the parties to contract applies also in the electronic contracts. Thus, a contract with a minor is void unless the contract falls under any of the exceptions stated in the Age of Majority Act 1971. Explain the circumstances in which minors may enter contracts?
