Study the paragraph below and answer the question that follows

Training needs analysis covers corporate, group and individual needs. Corporate training needs

should come from the analysis of company strengths and weaknesses as part of the corporate

planning process. The company human resources plan will also indicate the numbers and types of

people required in future. Group needs are identified by analyzing functional or departmental

human resources plans or by conducting special surveys using questionnaires and interviews.

Individual training need are covered by using the techniques of job analysis, skills analysis, and

performance management systems which are currently used in Botswana
