E-MAIL (30 MARKS)

Using the following information, write a business e-mail. Please type your answer in the space provided. You are the Purchasing Officer for Cherished Treasures, an online store selling all types of kitchenware and dinnerware. You received the following e-mail from a customer, Ms Diviya Malcom, who recently purchased from your online store. Dear Team I ordered a dinner set (cups, saucers and plates) on 1 May 2022 for my mothers 60th birthday. The dinner set I ordered was the Bordallo Pinheiro - 20 pcs Cabbage Daisy Set of 6, which was a pre-ordered set. It was meant to be a surprise birthday gift for my mother, who longingly wanted to complete her Bordallo Pinheiro cabbage dinner set. The set was delivered today, 17 May 2022; however, as I was at work, a family member signed and received it on my behalf without checking the items. Unfortunately, I found that the tureens cover and 2 pieces of the Daisy Plate 23 were broken upon opening the package. To make matters worse, my mothers birthday is this Sunday, 22 May 2022. Attached are the pictures of the broken items. I would like the broken items to be replaced immediately and this would mean the world to my mother and me. Looking forward to your reply ASAP.
