You are the Human Resource Manager of Metal Tech Sdn Bhd. On 7th February 2022, you had conducted an interview for the vacancy of Sales Engineer and it was attended by five candidates. One of the candidates has been offered the job, and you are required to send letters to another four candidates who were unsuccessful in their application.
Compose the job application rejection letter and address it to Mr Mohd Rafiq Bin Abdullah, one of the rejected candidates. You have to ensure that a proper format is used for writing the letter, such as an opening paragraph, body or development paragraphs, and a closing paragraph. You should write at least 250 words.
In your letter, you should:
