Section C$,$ Resources, should include a SWOT analysis on the resource levels and resource management of the organization in the case study. You should list at least three items for each section. $($You can use outside resources other than the case study in order to develop your SWOT.$)$

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

Introduction

Company: Describe the company, its goals, and its stakeholders. Which company is discussed in the case study? What are the company$$s goals? Who are the company$$s stakeholders?

Problem: Describe a problem that the company in the case study is trying to solve. How is the problem preventing the company from meeting its goals? How does the problem affect the company$$s stakeholders?

Resources: Analyze the company$$s resource management including a detailed SWOT analysis. In other words, is the company managing its resources effectively? How is the effectiveness of the resource management related to the problem you identified?
