She hits John's car pretty hard and he hits his head on the steering wheel causing a concussion. He also breaks his leg from the impact. This requires surgery on his leg and he has 6 weeks of rehab. This all requires 2 weeks in the hospital. He also misses 3 weeks of work (he works at 24 hour fitness as a manager) John hires a lawyer to sue Sarah for negligence. They file a lawsuit and if it does not settle, they will try the case in a trial court. 5.
