Steps i and j may be any steps that involve customer actions during the customer journey. Important: these steps need not be continuous.

In the template, use the section titled, $$Justification for Top $2$ Value$-$Added Steps i and j$$ to explain why the $2$ steps you chose are value$-$added.

Please feel free to make assumptions to justify your decision. Be sure to write down all of your assumptions and apply them consistently throughout the template.$$This is especially necessary if you do know much about the restaurant that you are analyzing.
