Select a business process for an organization. use the system development life cycle process to implement an automated system for the organization's process. Document the business process using one of the tools that you learned in the course such as a flowchart, UML, BPN map, etc. Determine what information is relevant to the organization and why it is important. Identify the resources, events, and agents (REA) in the selected process. Describe how management will analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the process through the use of a selected data visualization tool, such as a data dashboard. Thoroughly document each step of the SDLC for the implementation of the chosen automated system for the business process. Be sure to include a timeline for the project and any issues/roadblocks that you anticipate during the completion of the project/system. Assess how the business process will be enhanced through the use of the new system.
