Select a process that you have enough knowledge of or access to that you can create a Process Description and, also create a Process Flow diagram.

$1.$ Use the Process Description worksheet that is posted in Lesson three to create a clear description of the process you have selected.

$2.$ Use any Process Flow Diagram reference $/$ tool that is useful to you to create a visual Process flow diagram $($flowchart$)$ of the same process that you have selected.

$3.$ Make any observations that you learned about the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
