If you are not currently involved in a project as a team member, then you must find one that you have permission to study collect data and interview people as an outsider.
The project should include a project team minimum of five people with a project leader, and be at least two or three months in duration. It should also have a specific goal in terms of a target completion date, a budget limit and a specified enditem result or product. It should be noted that general larger projects afford better opportunity to observe the concepts of project management than smaller ones.

Any changes which occur during the project
What project methodology fits the project and why
Any analysis used in the project to improve the strategy eg PESTEL, SWOT, stakeholder analysis, Porters Five Forces model If you did not use any analysis tools
