Select a project to investigate. It should be a real project; one that has a purpose you can investigate. It can be either a current or completed project, for which you can readily get information. If you are not currently involved in a project as a team member, then you must find one that you have permission to study $($collect data and interview people$)$ as an outsider.

The project should include a project team $($minimum of five people$)$ with a project leader, and be at least two or three months in duration. It should also have a specific goal in terms of a target completion date, a budget limit and a specified end$-$item result or product. It should be noted that general larger projects afford better opportunity to observe the concepts of project management than smaller ones.

Any changes which occur during the project

What project methodology fits the project and why
