Select a real-world, active project for which you can get enough information to develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), network diagram, and Gantt chart. You/Your project team will monitor the project and make a presentation to the class. The actual real-world project does not have to be completed by the end of the semester. Previous projects have included a fire station renovation, construction of a gas station, a hospital addition, a new forest service building, and various on-campus student design competition projects. If you use a powerpoint format, it should be no longer than 18 slides. In addition to posting the final project here, you must also post it in the discussion: so that your classmates can view it and comment.
