Select a real-world hard decision and solve it using methods from the course. The project should demonstrate an understanding of the concepts in the course and must include practical applications of quantitative and qualitative methods.

Prepare a short (7- 10 min) summary PowerPoint briefing of your project and field questions from the class.

The briefing should discuss:

1. a real situation that requires a decision and why the decision is hard (stakeholders, values, objectives, uncertainties, consequences, etc.).
2. the methods you used and why (include assumptions and justifications).
3. your analysis and decision outcome.
4. justification for your decision.
5. conclusions (challenges, observations, insights, limitations, etc.).

You must submit all supporting files for your analysis.
