Determine whether that state permits the following forms of doing business, and, if so, the citation(s) therefore: Limited Liability Company (and, if so, how long the state will permit it to run) and/or Limited Liability Partnership. (Note: Lest there be any confusion, this does NOT mean that you can select either one if the state has both forms of doing business. Instead, it means that if the state you select has both forms then you are to provide the requested information for each form.
