Complete the following steps for selecting target customer segments to which Buhi should cross-sell Soft-Ts shirts.

Analyze Data

Analyze the Customer Product Purchase Data'' and Soft-Ts Expense Report'' files provided below. Pay special attention to the profiles for Buhis customer segments.

Calculate CLV and CAC

Enter the appropriate data into the provided fields to calculate CLV and CAC. The Customer Product Purchase Data file will help you calculate CLV, and the Soft-Ts Expense Report file will help you calculate CAC.

Select Three Customer Segments

Select three customer segments to which Buhi should cross-sell Soft-Ts shirts based on your calculations and the segments profiles. Click on a segment to select it, and click it again to deselect it.
