Part 1: Because this is your first time managing a hiring process for her, she wants you to send her a very brief description of your thoughts on designing this process. She asked that you think about this in two parts categories: 1) your overall goal, 2) five or six of your key objectives in designing the selection process. Provide 1 to 3 sentences for each, but don't exceed one page (page 3). She is busy and wants this to be concise. Part 2: Next, she wants you to think carefully about how you will create a selection process that meets these objectives. To that end, she asked that you identify each of the critical components of the selection process and note how it will help you accomplish one or more of the objectives. Think through both content you might use (e.g., a test) as well as the process itself (e.g., whether the applicant will be online or in-person for this stage of the process). She provided a table for this (page 4) and asked that you limit it to one single-spaced page to ensure you focus on the most critical components. Part 3: Finally, she has a particular interest in ensuring that whoever joins the team is the type of person who goes above and beyond the basic job description (i.e., good citizen). She asked you to craft two interview questions for her to consider that she can ask that will give her insight into whether they are the type of person that is a good organizational citizen. She asked you to tell her how the questions will address her concern
