Sequential Water Fountain Control

Problem Statement: Design a $2-$bit counter using an FSM to drive the select lines $($S$1,$ S$0)$

of a $1-$to$-4$ demultiplexer. The demux controls four water jets $($D$0,$ D$1,$ D$2,$ D$3)$ to create a

wave effect:

$$ D$0$: Jet $1$

$$ D$1$: Jet $2$

$$ D$2$: Jet $3$

$$ D$3$: Jet $4$

The jets activate one at a time in sequence, simulating a wave effect. The sequence

restarts after all jets have been activated. The clock determines the speed of the wave.
