SERVICE PROJECT PLAN ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW This is part 1 of a three-part assignment: Part 1 - Service project plan paper Part 2 - Implementation of service project Part 3 - Presentation of implementation The purpose of this assignment is to actively learn and practice servant leadership by leading, coordinating, and executing a team service project involving the assistance of others working as a team. INSTRUCTIONS You will prepare a 1-2 page paper (utilizing the template provided) presenting specific elements of your chosen service project. Your service project must be approved by your professor before implementation. Learning to work within and practice leadership in diverse teams is a major curriculum element in each of the School of Aeronautics' degree programs.
