Paul blocks the door and puts his hand on his Tazer $($a type of nonlethal gun that immobilizes with an electrical stun$).$ Stan sits down and submits to questioning for another half$-$hour before being allowed to leave. Stan later sues the store for the intentional torts of battery, assault, and false imprisonment for the actions of Paul.
