As the Human Resource Manager, you are aware that your present workers do not have the expertise to deliver the qualities and specifications that a contract requires.

You have been given two years timeline and have to restrict present staff gradually. With this schedule, you would have to go to the job market and hire workers which are already experienced in this type of production process. The Human resource cost will gradually rise if you try to complete the project in one year instead of two years.

As a SHRM student, advise the management taking into account, the present and future prospects of the company.
