Simulate a Car Wash business using the First Come First Served (FCFS) method with priority.

A vehicle may have VIP preferential priority status, placed behind the last VIP vehicle in queue. VIP vehicles are placed in queue before all Non-VIP vehicles. Non-VIP vehicles are place at the end of the queue. To start, an unannounced vehicle approaches the Car Wash. There is one entrance driveway for preparation into the queue end. There is one processor (machine) for First In First Out (FIFO) washing execution phase. After the washing phase, the vehicle moves from the machine to the one staging area for hand drying the vehicle. When the vehicle has been completely dried, it is cleared for exit.
