Since the United States has not adopted IFRS, there have to be many concerns with the way statements are reported, but are we afraid that politics might influence more corruption, especially when learning new standards. Why is it that politicians have such a big influence in Accounting and make it more difficult for Accountants to learn both standards? We should adopt IFRS to make it equal all across the world.
