Situation 3

This study aim to develop environmental management model for Afghanistans organization. The model will have paramount significance as academic literature already concluded that there is a dire need of developing such models to curb practices which is harming overall natural environment. Therefore, this study is designed to induce a model through content analysis of literature. This model will be named as ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMNT MODEL. It is anticipated that model will contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of organizational studies and environmental studies
