This study aim to develop Islamic SOUL management model for Afghanistan's organization. The

model will have paramount significance as academic literature already concluded that there is a

dire need of developing such models to curb deviant and corrupt practices in organization.

Therefore, this study is designed to induce a model. Previous literature on SOUL will be analyzed

through content analysis. The model will be named as "ISLAMIC SOUL MANAGEMNT

MODEL". It is anticipated that model will contribute to the development of knowledge in the field

of organizational studies to curb corrupt practices in organizations.
