3. Imagine you work for an organization that has to make some changes (i.e., budget cuts). The owner or president calls a meeting with all department managers, directors and vice presidents and tells them they need cut 30% in costs. Moreover, it's their job to decide how to implement this directive. Discuss ways to respond to this directive.
