Question: Is there a significant statistical difference between the education level and being on the death row?

Hypotheses:

H0: Less-educated individuals are more likely to be on death row.

H1: The highly educated are more likely to be on death row.

Conclusion:

High school graduates are 43.8% more likely to be on death row, as they are more likely to commit a crime that leads them to death row. 9-11th grade education level has about a 34.9% chance of being on the death row. 8th grade or less have about a 12.2% chance of being on the death row. These students are more likely to be charged on juvenile terms. However, there is about a 9% chance for them to have any college background to be on the death row.
