So I have been tasked with creating a real life prisoners dilemma scenario. So I said that a prisoner's dilemma could be "training inexperienced individuals in the workplace." The dilemma is that most inexperienced individuals take formal training that a company gives them, and begin to apply to new jobs with better pay and benefits. Meaning that the company has no return on its investment in the employee. So is it better to not invest in the employees, or to invest and hope they stay? I am trying to draw a game matrix on this and am totally lost. Could anyone provide an example game matrix for this scenario?
