The plant layout at Tata Motors is carefully designed to accommodate different production processes, emphasising efficiency and meeting customer demands.

Therefore, both companies have benefited greatly from their strategic choices as this has resulted in simplified manufacturing processes, less waste, increased output, and shortened waiting times.
