So trying to create a formula that will do the following within google sheets:

Checks from a list of data using AB$120$:AB$130$ then checks if it matches another sheet data text A$1$ and if so would display data thats in B$1$

Or if you could

Same data from above but matching it from data A$1$:$30$ and if it matches displays the output decimal in B$1$:$30$ using the same row its in
