Rani, a married woman, worked with Azone Beauty Sdn, Bhd, a beauty products exporter for the last 20 years.Earlier this year, she was selected by the management to represent her employer to attend a training programme related to the organisation's preparation to face the pandemic organised by the Ministry of Health.Rani was granted seven days' leave for that purpose.

After three days of following the programme, Rani suffered severe headaches and fell in the toilet.Rani decided to discontinue the training and went home.The next day, Rani went for an examination at the hospital. The doctor who treated Rani confirmed that she was suffering from bleeding in the brain and an operation was performed a week later. However, to date, Rani is still unconscious as a result of the complications from the surgery.

Advise Rani's family according to the Employment and Social Security Act 1969.
