Software for discrete event simulation was used to generate simulation models of the pharmacy's current operational procedures for EKHAYA outpatient Pharmacy $($Arena$).$ For each server with $5$ servers, the data is gathered. Patients$$ arrival and processing times for each Server were model inputs. The baseline of the model is the anticipated turnaround times for prescriptions$/$appointment booking, which were then contrasted with those seen. The outcome of the simulation model indicates that there is a significant amount of waiting time in the system. The main goals of the simulation model are to decrease patient wait times and improve service quality
