Population, City, City Collection and Simulation classes keep track of populations of cities for a period of a decade, i.e., ten years. There are N cities where populations are counted. Population class stores populations with respect to gender and education. For each year, counts are performed only once for each city and their values are stored in the instances of Population class. The City Collection class is a collection of city instances. Implement all four classes and additional classes, if necessary, in Java. The Java program should return least female populated, least male populated, and least university-degree populated cities for each year and for the decade. You may assume that all data entry has been performed by a method called init() in the main method
