Question 03 i) Halima bought Refrigerator from manufacture 's authorized dealer for PKR 60 ,000. This Refrigerator was defective right from beginning and it did not work inspite of repairs by the manufacture's authorized engineers. Can Halima return the Refrigerator and claim refund?
