Some industries are establishing ways to develop closed-loop supply chain systems in order to have an end-to-end approach towards sustainability. However, in many parts of the world, their development is still in its infancy with many supply chain stakeholders and consumers uncertain or unaware of how to manage or participate in the systems. With this in mind, design a closed-loop supply chain system for used mattresses. In your response, consider the definition of a closed-loop supply chain and the methods to be observed in the collection, reverse logistics and redistribution of such products.
