Someone has inherited a "problem property." It has been left for some time without maintenance and, as a result, it is no longer suitable (as is) for keeping horses. However, they have the financial means to revitalize the property and bring it up to high, evidence-based standards. The challenge of this project is to define what those standards are, and how they will meet and maintain them while developing a plan for continuous maintenance of essential factors in horse facility management.

Create a report to be used towards onboard the hired barn employees and communicate values to investors. It should touch upon the environmental dimensions of pastures, fencing, barn hygiene, chemical storage, and environmental concerns. The solutions must be realistic, additionally being detailed to ensure the best for the problem property and the horses.

Barn

- Define barn hygiene, including water flow and air quality. Explain its importance to the health of both the horses and barn personnel.

- Defend the choices of a well-ventilated barn with ample openings, exhaust fans, non-slip floors and removable stall dividers.

- Specifically address air quality and water flow management.
