Sometimes good things come with bad things thrown in. Consider your new client for your security consulting company. This client has created an online business that has rocketed to the top in both revenue and in the news. Good news? You bet, but with all the fame came a very large bullseye on their back for hackers, phishers, spammers, and every other online criminal to aim at. They have already read the Comprehensive Security Plan described in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, (Section 5.5 of Module 5). While they intend to implement every item in the list, they need your help to prioritize them. As such you are tasked with the following:

There are eighteen items in the list, you are to list the first four that you recommend implementing and describe why. Your reasoning should include the type of threat being mitigated and the anticipated degree of effectiveness.

As a very successful startup with a promising future, you are free to assume that implementation cost is not an issue.

However, time to implement is a significant issue. Consequently, as you devise your list, consider the required implementation time and the benefit. I.e., two items with equal benefit should be prioritized by the fastest time to implement. Your submission should be a minimum of 100 words of your unique reasoning, not including the listed items.
