SQL developer question

I just need to know the code to answer this question. Basically, how do you make it so you just select the vendor id and vendor name of the contacts who have the same last name.

Select vendor id, vendor name, contact name (vendor_contact_last_name, space, vendor_contact_first_name) from vendors of vendors whose vendor_contact_last_name is same with other vendor(s).
