HOW WILL YOU DO THAT? Follow the instructions below, using our Text Chapter Chapter $3\mathrm{.}1-3\mathrm{.}3$ as a model for the examination. YOU MUST STUDY THE TEXT CHAPTER $3$ TO SUCCEED AT THIS ASSIGNMENT,

ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

$1.$ Research one of the corporations honored by Ethisphere in $2024($above$)$ and specifically their ethical practices and stakeholder orientation. What programs do they have in place oriented to different stakeholder groups? How have these programs earned them the Ethisphere honor? The individual company$$s websites are a good starting place, HOWEVER additional research will be necessary. Remember companies use their website to advertise $-$ skewing the information toward a favorable picture. Investigate the ethical claims being made. Look for contrary information. Form your own point of view based upon the concepts learned in our course. Other resources are required to address all of the report questions. Remember to provide links to the sources used and cite your sources for credibility.

$2.$ Write a $5$ paragraph report of your findings. Use the information from your research and include the following to earn a good score on the report.

$$ Describe the stakeholders or stakeholder group's importance to the company. Based on your research, how would you rank the stakeholder's importance? Which group influences the company's decisions? Which stakeholder group seems to wield the most power? What is the evidence to support this ranking of importance?

$$ Name and explain at least two $(2)$ specific policies $/$programs $/$ actions that exemplify their stakeholder orientation.

$3.$ Summarize your research on the company answering this question: DO THEY DESERVE THE AWARD? Make a case for your conclusion. Does their stakeholder orientation contribute positively to their success? Have they earned the Ethisphere award? Explain why or why not using your research to support your decision.
