Start your SAS editor.
2. Open the "HW01_State_population" program in the program editor.
3. Add your name and student ID to the top of your program.
4. Run the program and create the "statepop" SAS dataset.
5. Add a column named "lddate" to the dataset to store the date when the data was loaded.
