Statement Implement a chess clock in which a maximum time of 99 seconds can be set. The clock must have two counters that will have to be discounted time (one counter per every two 8-segment decoders). Each time the W19 button or the button is pressed T17 respectively, the active counter should stop and the other should start to to discount. When one of the two reaches 0, the LEDs at the bottom should blink to warns that one of the two counters has finished the countdown. (5 points) The time of the counters must be able to be modified by the user (switch, serial line, etc). When the time is up, he will send a message by serial line indicating the player who has timed out. (2.5 points).
