Statistical Analysis

• Introduce your research topic and why you are chosing it.
• produce a summary of the descriptive statistics for your project that describes the data variables, and the nature of the population your sample is drawn from (we will call that table one). Table One may include basic information like the number of subjects exposed, the outcomes, the age distribution, gender of the study population etc. etc. You can include graphics to illustrate your descriptive statistics.
• compare exposure groups using statistical software and report relevant statistical tests (such as Chi-square p-value), t Test, Correlation and Regression etc. The choice of statistical test is typically driven by the type of data.
• identify and compare exposure groups on potential confounders and covariates
• test your hypothesis using a multivariable linear or logistic model using statistical software and summarize
