Suppose there are manufacturing plants (i) that supply warehouses (from possible locations j) that supply retailers (k) with known demands (d_k). The factories have unlimited capacity (can satisfy whatever the warehouses need) but the warehouses have capacities (A_j). Clearly define your variables and write out a formulation for this problem that determines warehousing locations and how items are shipped. Assume manufacturing costs at the plants differ (m_i) and processing costs at warehouse (p_j) differ (so need to be included).
