Stein et al$.\text{'}$s $(2021)$ article, illustrates what is most important for driving employee engagement and recovering from the "Great Resignation." The authors developed the employee engagement checklist that highlights three critical areas of employee engagement. Explain each of the three checklist areas and give at least one example for each area. Relate your examples back to the four themes of academic research presented at the beginning of the article.
