Step 1: After you have completed the Team Worksheet, Step 1 [above]: You are to find and cite at least 3 noedemically oredible, peer reviewed sources in addition to your text [another textbook is not a valid reference/resource]- Determine, from your readings and research [which means in-text citations and corresponding References are required] and write to demonstrate your understanding of what it means to be, both, a - High-Performing, Value-Added, Self-Managed, Work Team [HPVASMVT], and a - High-Performing, Value-Added, Self-Directed, Team Member. These are 2 separate, but interconnected elements which are to be included in this part of your paper. These need to be discussed as 2 separate items. These will define the set of characteristics your team and team members should strive for during this course and transfer to the entire program. Things to talk about could include [but are not limited to] the following: Strategies to navigate through Team Development stages; What enhances or detracts from efficient and effective team decision making?
