Step $1$: Main program

Write a program that reads in hours, minutes, and seconds as user input. The program then calls the function convert$\_$to$\_$seconds $()$ to output the time in seconds only.

Just like in the previous lab, if the input is:

$40$

where $1$ is the number of hours, $6$ is the number of minutes, and $40$ is the number of seconds, the output is:

Hours : $1$

Minutes: $6$

Seconds : $40$

Total: $4000$ seconds.

Important: thervalue that's output for the total should be produced from the function call. Your main program is not doing any computation.

Step $2$: Function definition

Write a function convert$\_$to$\_$seconds $()$ that takes three integer parameters in the following order: hours, minutes, and seconds.

The function returns the integer representing the resulting time in seconds only.

The function should not print anything.
