Come up with the best argument as to why the case should or should not stay in Missouri (i.e,, should Katy Perry be forced to defend herself in Missouri?). Your response should be at least 3 sentences long.
This is not about who should win the infringement case (i.e., I am not interested in whether Katy Perry copied Flame's music). I'm looking for an argument on whether or not the Missouri court should have the power the hear and decide on this case.
Hint: For personal jurisdiction, the defendant (Katy Perry) needs to have some "reasonable" connection with the state so that it's fair. Are Katy Perry's connections to Missouri "reasonable" or fair enough to sue her here?
