$1.$ Your Team Contract $($aka Team Charter$)$ should indicate what it is your

Team and Team Members need to do to achieve becoming both a High$-$

Performing, Value$-$Added, Self$-$Managed Work Team and High$-$Performing

Value$-$Added, Self$-$Managed Team Members.

$2.$ Include what you and your team agree to regarding:

$-$ how you will act, adjust and accommodate to diverse types of people,

behaviours, and situations $-$ make conscious and deliberate choices $($know

why, when, what, and how$)$

$-$ explicit behavioural expectations, to enable and ensure individual and team

accountability and responsibility

$3.$ Your Team Contract should be signed by each team member to

demonstrate agreement to it$.$ Once you have agreed and signed this

document you are bound by it for the rest of the term
